Campus Recreation Fitness & Yoga Classes Return for Fall Semester – Schedule for September 8-10

After a brief hiatus last week to get students up and running for the first week of classes, Campus Recreation classes are back for the fall semester. Tuesdays (11-12) and Thursdays (1-2) will feature a variety of fitness classes, while Wednesdays (12-1) will be different types of yoga.

Weekly schedules will be posted here on Inside Âé¶¹Ô­´´, as well as at www.gothunder.ca and on the Âé¶¹Ô­´´ Athletics Instagram/Twitter accounts (@cue_athletics).

Classes are free for all Âé¶¹Ô­´´ students, staff, and faculty, and you just have to log into Google Meet with the link below via your Âé¶¹Ô­´´ email address.

CAMPUS RECREATION CLASS SCHEDULE – September 8-10

  • September 8 – 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon – HIIT Fitness Class – meet.google.com/kkb-jjdq-ntd
  • September 9 – 12:00 – 1:00 PM – Hatha Flow Yoga – meet.google.com/edy-dnqs-fvy
  • September 10 – 1:00 – 2:00 PM – Kickboxing Fitness Class – meet.google.com/udg-kkxb-yvm
