Campus Recreation Schedule – December 1-3

Check out this week’s Campus Recreation programming, which take place every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday! Classes feature a variety of fitness and yoga classes, and change weekly.
Note that for this week, the Tuesday fitness class will be replaced with a yoga class, and the Thursday fitness class will be at 12:00 Noon instead of the traditional time of 1:00 PM.
Classes are free for all Âé¶¹Ô´´ students, staff, and faculty, and you just have to log into Google Meet with the link below via your Âé¶¹Ô´´ email address.

- December 2 – 12:00 – 1:00 PM – Restorative Yoga – meet.google.com/edy-dnqs-fvy
- December 3 – 12:00 – 1:00 PM – Essentrics Dynamic Stretch Fitness Class – meet.google.com/udg-kkxb-yvm
