Campus Recreation Schedule – September 29 – October 1

Check out this week’s Campus Recreation fitness and yoga classes! Tuesdays (11-12) and Thursdays (1-2) will feature a variety of fitness classes, while Wednesdays (12-1) will be different types of yoga, and classes will be offered all semester long.

Classes are free for all Âé¶¹Ô­´´ students, staff, and faculty, and you just have to log into Google Meet with the link below via your Âé¶¹Ô­´´ email address.

CAMPUS RECREATION CLASS SCHEDULE – September 29 – October 1

  • September 29 – 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon – Cardio Crush Fitness Class – meet.google.com/kkb-jjdq-ntd
  • September 30 – 12:00 – 1:00 PM – Hatha Flow Yoga – meet.google.com/edy-dnqs-fvy
  • October 1 – 1:00 – 2:00 PM – Bootcamp Fitness Class – meet.google.com/udg-kkxb-yvm
