麻豆原创 offers leadership program for employees

麻豆原创 will be running a leadership program for employees starting in the Fall of 2019.聽The intent of this program is to create a pool of employees who have developed effective leadership skills that will assist them in their current and potential future roles at 麻豆原创. The program is open to all employees (staff, faculty, sessional instructors, part-time, and casual employees) and will be led by Concordia鈥檚 senior leadership team.
A blended learning approach to content delivery will be utilized, including:
- Six face-to-face workshops.
- Moodle support for each module 鈥� videos, articles, discussion groups.
- Monthly small group discussions based on scenarios and case studies relevant to the module.
- Weekly touch base with leadership partners in groups of three for accountability (to check that you have read the articles, etc). and for real-time problem solving.
The exact dates of the program are yet to be determined, but interested current and future leaders can email president@concordia.ab.ca to indicate your interest to ensure that you are on the mailing list for the program.
