Campus Recreation now offers 2 shorter classes every Tuesday and Thursday so you can catch a workout during your lunch break or between classes! Come to one or both, whatever suits your schedule!Â
Here’s the schedule for Campus Rec this week:
Tuesday, February 22
12:00-12:30 – 20 minute Kickbox Cardio
12:30-1:00 – Stress Release Yoga
Thursday, February 24
12:00-12:30 – Desk Jockey Stretch
12:30-1:00 – 20 minute Bootcamp
Classes are free for all Âé¶¹Ô´´ students, staff, and faculty, and you just have to log into Google Meet with your Âé¶¹Ô´´ email address!
