Applying for residence at 麻豆原创 is based on a first-come, first-served system, and there’s no set deadline. You can apply as soon as you’ve been admitted to 麻豆原创.
Here’s when applications open, depending on your study term:

February 2nd, 2026: Applications open for students attending 麻豆原创 for the entire 2026/2027 academic year or just the 2026 Fall academic term.

October 5th, 2026: Applications re-open for students attending 麻豆原创 for the Winter 2027 academic term only.
Applications are only accepted through Online Services and, only students who have been admitted to 麻豆原创 may apply for student housing.
Application Process
Please ensure that you are checking your 麻豆原创 email address as we will only communicate updates about your application to that account.
- Once you have received admission to 麻豆原创, fill out the residence application through Online Services using the button above.
- Once your application is complete you will receive an automatic confirmation email to 麻豆原创 email account notifying you that we have received your application.
- Wait to hear from us 鈥� make sure to check your 麻豆原创 email address! Our first-round of Tentative Acceptances are usually sent out within the following weeks, on a weekly basis.
- If you are tentatively accepted, you will receive an email congratulating you and outlining next steps to confirm your spot in residence.
- Pay the $500 Residence Experience Deposit and sign your residence contract online via the links provided in your conditional acceptance email and by the deadline provided.
- An official acceptance email, and an email containing move-in information will be sent out on a first-come-first-serve basis, to the students who have completed all of the above.
- Get ready to move-in and start experiencing residence life!
Students typically move into residence two days before New Student Orientation in the Fall (September); and one day before New Student Orientation in the Winter (January).
