Applying for residence at Âé¶¹Ô´´ is based on a first-come, first-served system, and there’s no set deadline. You can apply as soon as you’ve been admitted to Âé¶¹Ô´´.
Here’s when applications open, depending on your study term:

February 2nd, 2026: Applications open for students attending Âé¶¹Ô´´ for the entire 2026/2027 academic year or just the 2026 Fall academic term.

October 5th, 2026: Applications re-open for students attending Âé¶¹Ô´´ for the Winter 2027 academic term only.
Applications are only accepted through Online Services and, only students who have been admitted to Âé¶¹Ô´´ may apply for student housing.
Application Process
Please ensure that you are checking your Âé¶¹Ô´´ email address as we will only communicate updates about your application to that account.
- Once you have received admission to Âé¶¹Ô´´, fill out the residence application through Online Services using the button above.
- Once your application is complete you will receive an automatic confirmation email to Âé¶¹Ô´´ email account notifying you that we have received your application.
- Wait to hear from us – make sure to check your Âé¶¹Ô´´ email address! Our first-round of Tentative Acceptances are usually sent out within the following weeks, on a weekly basis.
- If you are tentatively accepted, you will receive an email congratulating you and outlining next steps to confirm your spot in residence.
- Pay the $500 Residence Experience Deposit and sign your residence contract online via the links provided in your conditional acceptance email and by the deadline provided.
- An official acceptance email, and an email containing move-in information will be sent out on a first-come-first-serve basis, to the students who have completed all of the above.
- Get ready to move-in and start experiencing residence life!
Students typically move into residence two days before New Student Orientation in the Fall (September); and one day before New Student Orientation in the Winter (January).
